Corotop® Light is a highly vapour-permeable, three-layer roof membrane for pitched roofs with partial or incomplete boarding. Its functional film sits between polypropylene non-woven layers to help protect insulation against moisture while allowing water vapour to pass through the roof build-up.

Where to use it

  • Initial covering on sloped, insulated and ventilated roofs.
  • Under most roof coverings, including concrete tiles and metal roofing tiles.
  • Wind barrier in siding systems.

  • Roll: 1.5m × 50m; 75m² coverage.
  • Grammage: 100g/m² (±10%).
  • Construction: three-layer PP / functional film / PP.
  • Water resistance: Class W1 before and after artificial ageing.
  • Water vapour diffusion Sd: 0.02m (-0.01 / +0.03m).
  • Reaction to fire: Class E.
  • Tensile strength: 200 N/50mm longitudinal; 110 N/50mm transverse (±20%).
  • Tear resistance: 100 N longitudinal; 125 N transverse (±20%).
  • Temperature resistance: -40°C to +80°C.
  • Maximum UV exposure: 3 months.
  • Conformity: EN 13859-1:2010 and EN 13859-2:2010; CE marked. EPD available.

Store rolls upright, covered, ventilated and dry. Keep away from sunlight, high temperatures and chemical detergents while stored. Check your roof-system specification before installation.
