Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Methods

We offer three delivery methods depending on your order size and location:

  • Standard Courier (DPD or similar) — for smaller orders such as 1–2 buckets or lightweight materials
  • Pallet Network — for large or heavy orders (multiple buckets, bulk materials). Note: insulation boards cannot be palletised and are delivered loose by van or truck
  • Local Delivery — available for customers in and around East London

2. Delivery Timescales

In stock at our Ilford store Next day or 3–5 working days (courier dependent)
Stock held at our warehouse Add 1–2 extra working days
Ordered direct from supplier Additional lead time — we'll confirm at time of order
Custom mixed render (in-store mixing required) Add time for mixing — we'll confirm when you order

We will always contact you to confirm your estimated delivery date after your order is placed.

3. Custom Colour Mixed Render

All custom Caporal colour mixing is carried out exclusively at our Ilford store. If your order includes mixed render, it must be processed in-store before dispatch. You can either collect in store or have it shipped after mixing is complete.

4. Backorders

We accept backorders on items not currently in stock. We will contact you with an estimated lead time and keep you updated throughout.

5. UK-Wide Delivery

We deliver across the UK mainland. For deliveries to remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland), please contact us before ordering as surcharges or extended timescales may apply.

6. Collection

Click & Collect is available from our Ilford store. Select this option at checkout or contact us to arrange.
