Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Return

If you are a consumer (non-trade) purchasing from RenderHub, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@renderhub.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original, undamaged packaging
  • In a resaleable condition
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Custom colour mixed renders (made to your specification)
  • Items that have been opened, used, or mixed
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling on site

3. How to Return

Contact us at support@renderhub.co.uk before sending any items back. Do not return goods without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may be refused.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Trade Customers

Trade account customers are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of account setup. Please refer to your trade agreement or contact us directly.
