How We Deliver
Standard Courier (DPD or similar) — ideal for smaller orders such as 1–2 buckets or lightweight materials. Next day or 3–5 working days depending on your chosen service.
Pallet Network — used for large or heavy orders. Please note: insulation boards cannot be palletised and are delivered loose by van or truck.
Local Delivery — available for customers in and around East London.
Click & Collect — collect directly from our Ilford store. Contact us to arrange.

Custom Colour Mixed Render
All custom Caporal colour mixing is done exclusively at our Ilford store. If your order includes mixed render, you can either:
Collect in store once mixing is complete
Have it shipped — we'll confirm the timescale with you after mixing
Backorders
Can't see what you need in stock? We accept backorders. Get in touch and we'll confirm lead times and keep you updated.
Remote Areas
We deliver UK-wide, but deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may be subject to surcharges or longer timescales. Please contact us before ordering if you're in one of these areas.
